The Most Instagrammable Places in Edinburgh
Edinburgh is one of the most beautiful cities in the UK, and in this guide I’m sharing its most instagrammable places! Filled with beautiful streets and stunning architecture, Edinburgh’s best instagram spots are all completely dreamy.
How to get to Edinburgh, Scotland
You can fly from Edinburgh airport from over 150 destinations. I use Skyscanner to find the best flight deals, and compare flights from different airlines.
If you’re travelling from London, you can also get a train from London St Pancras station, which takes just over 4 hours to get to Edinburgh Waverley station. Book your tickets in advance with Trainline to get the best price.
What to bring on your trip to Edinburgh
The weather can change very quickly in Edinburgh, so a great umbrella – like this one – is always a good idea!
Portable phone chargers are also a massive must for me on a trip to Edinburgh, as all the great photo opportunities use up phone juice fast! These are the portable chargers I like to use when I’m out and about taking pics.
Some super comfy trainers or walking shoes (I love these trainers.) Edinburgh’s a great city for exploring on foot, so these are a must.
Where to stay in Edinburgh
Three great hotels options if you’re booking a trip to Edinburgh –
Motel One Edinburgh-Royal is in brilliant location in Edinburgh, Old Town and a very short walk from the station.
Sonder Royal Garden Apartments are a stunning collection of apartments also in a great central location.
If you want to treat yourself to a luxury hotel in Edinburgh, Market Street Hotel is a stunning urban boutique hotel in Edinburgh city centre.
